Vocational Awakening and Life Project: Meaningful Choices
The course aims to build, together with young people in situations of social vulnerability, a journey of self-knowledge, self-confidence and identification of their skills, dreams, interests and values so that they can make their choices about career paths more in line with who they are, what they have as skills and what makes the most sense for their lives and needs, always taking into account the various professional options of today and the future.

How it happens And its Objectives
The project consists of four modules, with a total duration of about 21 hours. The modules are configured as follows:
Module 1
Internal mapping - Mapping = young people's perceptions on the themes that will be worked on in the project: self-knowledge; self confidence; skills and competences; interests, professional choices and understanding the motivations and challenges faced by young people in terms of professional choices.
Module 2
(Re)connection with you - Process of deepening self-knowledge and strengthening self-confidence to identify interests, values, skills, strengths, dreams and blockages. This module is a time to connect young people with their potential, initiating a process of recognizing career possibilities aligned with what was mapped out in the self-knowledge process.
Module 3
Awakening to the world of work - Connecting the process of self-knowledge with the possibilities of professional activity available today, expanding young people's perception in relation to career options and the labor market, pointing out their changes and trends and finally encouraging and providing tools for young people to deepen and expand their knowledge about careers, courses and faculties through surveys, interviews and visits.
Module 4
Life Project: choice with meaning - Create a sense of self-responsibility and autonomy in relation to life choices, with increased self-confidence in relation to conscious decision-making about the future and for the creation of a life project, encompassing, in addition to the area professional, which must contain at least two professional and career options aligned with their potential, the personal, self-development and relational aspects. This is the module that condenses all the learning and deepening carried out in the previous modules.
Results
Increased self-knowledge, self-confidence, self-responsibility and conscious decision-making;
Identification of the main interests, skills, values, strengths and dreams of young people;
Identification of at least 2 career possibilities, courses, opportunities or college aligned with your potential, interests, strengths, values, dreams and life goals;
Understanding trends, opportunities and changes in the labor market for the coming years, expanding the possibilities of professional performance;
Construction of life projects with goals and planning how to achieve them.

The Vocational Awakening and Life Project: Choices with Meaning offers purpose-made pedagogical material, called Logbook, which is related to each module of the course. The material is of great relevance for deepening the self-development of young people and for building and monitoring the life project of each participant.
